Back to questions

A woman, acting as a court judge has already declared that the ‘all-caps name’, whom she mistakes for i, owes money to another woman, acting as an attorney that i never contracted with. The woman, acting as the attorney continues to send statements for payment to the ‘all-caps name’. Since there is a ‘judgement’, can i still submit a notice to that woman, acting as attorney? if so, do i also send one to the woman, acting as a judge? Or, does the ‘judgment’ preclude me from doing anything?

This is hilarious. At first, I wrote my question using titles. As I rewrote my question inserting "acting as….", I think I answered my own question.
