Could i, charge fees to a judge for carrying out their order, similarly to charging a police officer?

I say you can but you would be in territory of “pissing off the judiciary”. I would love to be the proverbial fly on the wall when this happens.
Agreed, and when that happens, given the people we are dealing with are probably quite jaded with humanity, you may attract exactly what you do not want.
They may be our public servants, but they have connections to people I would not want in my life…
