How do I prevent I from being pushed around and coerced by government agents and their mandates /directions and still maintain my public professional title eg doctor (as I currently enjoy the benefits and privelages)?

As I understand it you can turn part of your business into a PMA- Private Membership Association, and keep part of it public.
