How would we handle push back or noncompliance in the court when holding our own court. For example, the court won’t let you file your way, the judge tries to use legal and we don’t know the difference. Is there a step by step checklist that can help us stay on track? Am I over complicating this?

  1. COURT: the court can “reject” your claim; which, means that there will not be a court hearing; what minimum criterias need to be included for it to be “approved” into court.
