I had a family friend that was being harassed by a judge. It’s be awhile so i’m not sure but, at a court hearing he had the judge forced him to walk under the bar. I think this made him in contempt so he ask the judge to reverse the flag which intern switched th courtroom to a common law court. Could you please help explain this better?

I believe this is how the court causes you to become liable in the court so do not cross!. It is called a racket for a reason.
