If the Constitutional Law of a country is created only for the Royals of the nation – distributing only privileges to their people with welfare – How can the people who believe they are free living in totally free country (which they are not) – change the Law into real freedom from the Royals and Government who burden/oppress them with taxes and and selling all the natural resources of that country to foreign nations?
