What happens when roads and transportation are closed or cut off, I am currently living through a flood in BC Canada and wonder how getting notices out will work when they’ve shut down major arteries of transportation. Since there’s such a delay with postal service should I default to sending them via email?

I feel like this Atmospheric River is completely geoengineered. They’ve done this before to many other places on earth. And they’ve intentionally compromised our supply chain.
