In Canada, our health care is provincial. So, interesting question.
Why would you want public health care? Unless one is harmed in an accident and the body needs emergency repair, one would be much better off getting informed on proper diet and nutrition, stress management, eliminating artificial chemicals, natural medicine, chlorine dioxide, etc..
