My question is, what if the person has already been convicted of a harmless “crime” and is serving time, is there any remedy that you know of that can get him out of prison?
Here in Florida there is a cannabis store on every corner, for people who have a prescription. But if you don't have that prescription, you can be sentenced for YEARS to prison for possession of an "illegal drug." Which is what happened to my good friend. I want to help him. Prisons are Hell on earth.

This a huge issue in Australia, Police threaten prison to force a negotiated fine, impose a good behaviour bond and then harass the person afterwards to create default after default. It’s abhorrent and draconian.
