My son had to turn over his (Michigan) license when he got a drunk driving ticket in Tennessee (ran off the road no one hurt or involved). Can’t figure out how to get it back? 2 lawyers have yet to figure it out. Have paperwork but no one here in Michigan will sign or knows how to get it back. It’s been 2 1/2 yrs now, the poor guy has no freedom and can’t drive anywhere.
you won’t be able to drive or get insurance to drive a vehicle. But you can get an ID or now the Real ID. The ID will help with other things like, banking, loans some purchases and anything online.
