Can I put a notice on my website and materials to protect my intellectual property worldwide? In other words, can I act as a man in any country?

I have a design for a crypto currency where men and women mint their own money backed by their crypto assets. I have written a notice to protect my IP here: https://www.kenton-dau.com/open-source-license.html

I want to know if this is going to work in the sense that if people use my IP I can bring a claim irrespective of the country they are living in.
