All homes are registered at their land registry, is this how they intend stealing our property? Our home no longer has a mortgage, can I prevent this theft by learning Law for mankind?

Please also address how to avoid paying real estate taxes for owned real estate (in USA) with no mortgage in order to avoid having the state steal the property.
