How does one raises awareness when no one else around them are even remotely awaken?

I`m living way too far away from any country of importance in the world, so I`m curious about how I could apply new laws and new concepts in a place where everything stays the same for thousands of years now. So I am curious about finding out ways that will improve the joy of life overall 😉
