As a freelancer, I sell and provide my service to clients. How can I invoice the clients without paying taxes and government fees?

For example, if I would invoice 1000$ today. More than 50% goes to the government, taxes and fees. Given I invoice with the current model of a company based on my social security number. This is ridiculous!

How can I apply something else in Europe?
