How do I file a claim and get a court date without submitting their forms? In canada, at least, one would have to complete their form and pay their fee in order to get a hearing.
Also, how do you get in front of a magistrate rather than a judge? I know in UK certain courts are overseen by magistrates but this is not the case in some other countries.
