I have been renting all my life barring the time I bought my canal boat. If people are getting paid their entire mortgages back and still keeping their properties, which means they paid for them through their Trust, then how does one achieve this task from the onset? Is it through a Promissory note, and if so how do we attain our CUSIP number to fill this note in correctly and have it accepted by a bank in exchange for a property?
