are you saying a Man does NOT have a right to use the public roads? this is contrary to my thinking and maybe this will answer why i am getting in trouble.

when i travel as is the right of Man, i do not use a license plate or register the car with the DMV as the car is mine, some say a private conveyance, but i say it is mine, i own it. When i travel i do not become a driver even as per the supreme court of US who says a driver is: "One employed…" I am not employed to travel or to take anyone or anything from a to b. Therefore i am not operating in commerce. so if i comprehend correctly, you are saying that one needs to register the car and pay for a license with the DMV  if one takes his car on the roads??.
Is that because I did not buy the car new, therefore i don't have the MCO which was given to the DMV and then destroyed? But if one buys a car new paid in full and asks for the MCO, i thought i should be able to tell the man who owns the dealer that i do not wish to register with the DMV but so far i have not found an owner or even a mgr who will agree to that. it seems the man who owns the dealer has made an agreement, as a legal entity, with the manufacturer to make sure the DMV receives the MCO. Is that why i cannot find a dealer to be on the same page as me?
i don't comprehend why i would say… on the same page as i, yet, so speaking how i comprehend.
A friend of mine received the MCO when he paid in full for a car but he had an issue with the fact he didn't take it out of state and they arrested him. So, goes to show the MCO is not something we can get to keep up safe BUT WHAT WILL KEEP US SAFE WHEN TRAVELING ON THE PUBLIC ROADS WITHOUT LICENSE AND REGISTRATION? from my perspective when we have paid for a used car in full and we are living as Man, we do not need to act like a driver because we are not operating in commerce.

i see my basic beliefs are off possibly.
