i am of the thought that when dragged into court or out of court, Man is not to argue, not to answer questions, not to war, not to make statements that must be proved unless he has all proof. what is true??

some have told me to guide the Men in court who are acting as players in court to a place where they are cornered, but that seems a dishonorable action.

how do we stay free in court? and out of court? How does Man protect himself specifically? I thought do a claim against a Man, an Affidavit of Truth and do i follow their system for service of process or how? Then what is my next step? If no answer, Notice of Default? and then how to enforce?

take this situation: i am sleeping in my car and have been told again for the nth time that i cannot live in the parking lot of the truck stop and was threatened by the man who is acting as security guard for the corporation that he will tow my car. he also said he will report to the GM as is his job that i have been parked there for 2 weeks. He told me there are signs around the 100 car parking lot. I took pictures of the signs today.

one sign says: [what are unauthorized vehicles, who gives the authorization, what is improperly parked, by whose authority can you move a Man's car?]

i am thinking to write a notice for Dina, don't have last name (and one for man acting as security guard but people are NOT giving names any longer as the legal training these people receive is that they do NOT have to give their name over the phone or when speaking in real time….so how do i get the names? Send each and Notice with time to reply of 3 calendar days to email address since traveling, and a charge from me for barratry or for???
