As a single mother with no family around I would like to know if I can guaranty different guardians for my daughter in case I leave this world too early.

I recently moved to Spain from UK but I continue to travel there occasionally for work. I am also planing to come back to my home country Argentina in a few years. I am a single mother and would like to understand how to protect my daughter from any state in case I am not in this world. Thank you!
