I am a Retired Canadian High School Teacher. My pension comes from Ontario Teachers Pension Plan – OTPP. The OTPP has GARNISHED 100% OF MY MONTHLY PENSION SINCE 2022 FEBRUARY. What are the steps for me to take to stop this 100% Teachers’ Pension steal from me? What are the steps for me to take to have the OTPP give back the stolen monthly pension amounts since February 2022?

How do I stop the garnishment of 100% of my monthly pension income by the Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan (or by any other organization that steals earned income)?

How do I get back the stolen income from a garnished pension plan?
