What about doctor’s who speak out against the vaccinations and lose their licenses or get fined/charged/penalized by the College of Phys and Surgeon’s. They agree to follow College Guidelines, Standards and By-laws along with the Health Professions Act (which refers to “persons’) – do they have any chance of successfully standing up for their rights?

They can choose to work privately to not run into these issues but if looking for compensation then they should start by trying to prove their employer may have breached their contract of employment. Wrongful termination, possibly discrimination if you can write it that way, deprivation of rights under color of law. There are many avenues for these good men and women to receive compensation for being fired.
