In America, how does a wo/man still utilize trusts and/or a Last will and testament? How do we protect our property from probate court and/or keep/pass on our property to our sons/daughters/spouse/family aka “beneficiaries”? Do we still record/file in the county etc? Basically is trust law still applicable and/or beneficial to mankind?to mankind
