had to deal with court going on for 8 yrs and i am unable to come to an agreement with equal share of properties that ex had control over during our marriage. So, i had utilise public assistance as i played a role as a stay at home mom of 5 (4 sons and 1 daughter), so they’re garnishing his wages for child support and i’m only receiving half. Unable to negotiate with ex spouse and has minors council fight on his behalf alongside his attorney and he’s been awarded sole and physical custody and had daughter vaccinated and repeat kinder in a public school. Question is how do i file claim when i’m to show up in court Dec 9 with my previous self that has agreed to do another psych eval.
