I’m in the UK. This question is the same as the one starting “In America … “but I would like to apply it to England as well. So, please forgive me but I’ll repeat the question almost word or word: How does a wo/man still utilise trusts and/or a last will and testament? How do we protect our property from probate court and/or keep/pass on our property to our sons/daughters/family aka ‘beneficiaries’? Is trust law still applicable and/or beneficial to mankind??
