I have received a summons to be present in a hearing in which the man acting as prosecutor demands there will be a compulsory contracting of a lawyer of his free choosing (by my own costs) as to turn me as a defendant. Can i ask to this man acting as lawyer if is his intention to commit a trespass by way of theft as he is trying to administer the property of i without the prior and explict contracting by i, a woman? Also the man who acts as clerk of court explictly describes that even if i will be present in the building of the court during the hearing, i and the man who acts as judge will be kept in separate rooms, as the hearing will be a compulsory online one. I imagine it was decided so i won’t be able to hand to the man acting as judge my notice. i’ll use the postal services instead. Also the name of the judge is written as “John Doe, JUDGE OF LAW”, instead of “John Doe, judge of Law” as it was written before in the first summons. i already sent the man who acts as prosecutor a notice in similar fashion Jonathan Little wrote his in the third module (Basic notice writting). My oldest sons are not going to the local school and the parents (not i) are being asked a good chunk in penalties. In the first hearing the man acting as judge was deeply moved by what was written in my notice and by what i said. “Mucus running through the nose” way of emotional level. He dismissed me of the charges. I feel like asking the prosecutor if he has the intention of committing a trespass by way of theft and extortion. Is it too much?
