i, comprehend John’s advice about being a licensed driver and that we agree to abide by rules for safety when we accept this privilege; does this same advice apply for parking tickets which are becoming astronomical; for a long time i, have lived under the karmic law of do no harm but as a woman, i, make mistakes; i, parked for five minutes one day in an area that would not cause harm, block access or the view of drivers and pedestrians; i, received a parking fine by a mobile parking officer who drives around taking pictures of naughty citizens breaking ‘the law’; if this is a wrong, i, am happy to accept the fine but four hundred dollars is for a five minute lapse of judgement is extortion; i, would like to know, does having no licence, in an unregistered vehicle, remove the authority from police officers, mobile speed and ticket cameras; i, have no intention of being reckless or lawless but it feels wrong with everything i, have learnt about our corrupt governments.

Selling land or a house. One of these days we are going to sell our land. Do we write our names in Capitus Minimus in the normal sales contract, which will be signed at the Notary? Is that the way, so we can stand up as a wo/man later, when we want to refrain from paying income tax on the capital gain when the land was sold? Or should we handle the sale of the land differently at this moment, because with a contract like this it puts you on the Monopoly board? We als ospoke with the Notary about giving the land to the new owners, in a contract, and the new owners provides us with a donation. But that will also be charged with tax… (This questions also applies in the case of selling a house, should this be interesting for someone else).

If you were a defendant in a lawsuit and you hired an attorney who knew, (your methods), how to send a notice on your behalf rather than defending the lawsuit through the legal system could they stop a questionable lawsuit almost immediately? Or is this process of sending notices and holding your own court only applicable to a man? These methods would obviously cut attorney’s hourly rates, but would also be a very effective method to fight legal battles that drag on for years. What an attorney would lose in billable hours he would make up in reputation and results if he was able to use these methods for his clients.
