There are a lot of adhesion contracts being used, as in, click here to show you agree with all the rules, the terms, the conditions. Often this is a trap. I’m wondering if there is a way to submit in paper instead and make the appropriate amendments even if I’m told the paper or new format is unacceptable. Do I have a right to negotiate these types of contracts? Even if it is with a regulatory body or the government (e.g ArriveCan – no worries, I will never agree to those terms and conditions). Can a paper entity, like the government or a regulatory body even contract with a man or a woman?
