I have just built a home on my land and so now, being in TX USA, my property taxes will go up substantially. Notices for taxes come out in April. This year they went up 33%, So is it best to wait until I get a notice from the county and then start my correspondence/notice process? Or should I start a correspondence now ? I did settle my taxes this year, so I did sign for the settlement, so that is the only contract I have with the county . I am ok continuing to pay that amount, but nothing more.

Do i need a lawyer to file/press a claim against my employer for trespass, with the loss of my job, and seek honorable remedy? If no lawyer required, how do i press a claim against my employer, and seek honorable remedy? In Canada, we are having a hard time having the courts hear any claims against the government corporation with regards to illegal mandates. Since Trudeau ‘suspended’ mandates, which means he can bring back at any time, the courts ruled all mandate claims against Federal/Provincial/Municipal government corporations are “moot.”
