A man acting as valuer for capital gains purposes has vastly undervalued my property, which sold at 160k above his valuation. He deems he is unaccountable for incorrect comparables and building costs figures he uses, yet I can prove he is wrong on both counts and the harm it is doing to I, is 16.000 dollars in demand from the tax office to i; I already have injection in to tax office but they are not interested because the valuer is a professional. I have asked valuer to account for his quoted building costs but he refuses . Local builders I have spoken with are all 50 percent or more higher in costs Can I start the notice process directly on the man acting as valuer to reclaim the financial harm he has done to i.
