Can a man/woman write a contract with someone whose business they work for stating that the man/woman who sometimes acts as their supervisor (and is the owner of the business) pays them compensation for labor done as a man/woman? What would the man/woman acting as employer have to do on their end if they act as a tax-paying citizen who owns a business, if they want to “write off” the compensation paid? Or any real life examples of how men/women put this to work?
