Could you speak to Pure/Massachusetts Trusts? What release from governmental ties does it realistically offer? Other advantages? Specifically, we own a (long-term) rental home with wonderful tenants, and I would like to make it a more free environment for both us and our tenants. Trying to understand a pure trust vs. a PMA in this situation. Thank you. Also, this seems to be a great forum–the ability to ask questions ahead of time!
