Hi, First May God Bless You! What is the first thing thing I say to any Judge,,cop,or public servant so they can’t abtain jurisdiction over I ,Wendy Kleier the woman?

How do you keep Defacto from gaining Jurisdiction over I the woman/man.ie: court ,traffic stop anytime I the woman/man am approached without cause or are forced?
