Hospital – Patient- Covid

Hello, i have a friend in hospital. He had a heart attack and is on life support. He was forsed to take the Vaccine to be considered for treatment. He was tested for Covid every 3 days and the day after vaccination he tested positive. He was two days on steroids and now the hospital wants to transfer him on Remdosivir. He denied treatment with Remdosivir and has until Tuesday morning to change his mind if he wants to be considered for heart transplant. How can he refuse the treatment with Remdosivir and still make the hospital authorities consider him for transplant? What language, should be used so the hospital people are going to do a good job instead of looking for ways to kill him? Thank you.
