How much do specific words matter in practice when engaging with the system? It seems as though uttering a single wrong word can put your under or joinder you to their jurisdiction despite your intentions or meaning, which is very daunting. Insofar as words do matter that much, why do *they* have ownership of certain words just because they wrote them down on some paper (i.e. statutes, etc) and merely uttering them puts you under their control?
