ADDING TO THIS QUESTION: In the U.S. will a man or woman claiming sovereignty still be protected by police agencies and military if the need arises. Will laws protecting from harm and abuse still be applied to protect a sovereign man or woman and their families? Or would these institutions be able to deny protection if one no longer calls themselves a “citizen”?
ADDING TO THIS QUESTION: In the U.S., could hospitals and medical facilities deny emergency care and other services if one declares sovereignty?

ADDING TO THE QUESTION: In the U.S., is there a list of any free-man-knowledgeable agents that can accompany or represent one in court cases? How can one find knowledgeable help in the case of court cases?
