I am currently in a civil law country. It appears there is no trial by jury. Jon said once not to write notices unless you are prepared to go to court. Does the language and notices still work here and, if so, what happens if you invite someone to court where there isn’t going to be a jury?

  1. Additionally. I’d like to understand the process of taking someone to court under this law for mankind. What is the procedure to get from final notice to court appearance? I’ve never had to take someone to court yet, so I’m unfamiliar with the legal system as well.
