I am interested in hearing an overview of the best and right path to full sovereignty for someone who is new to this altogether, or will that be obvious from your course, which I just learned about? Also, I have an active situation with a state government here in the U.S. and they have scheduled a telephone hearing w/o responding to me in writing on three previous letters for which I got help crafting to seek remedy. It feels a bit like a trap to me, especially because they did not send me the contract with my signature that I requested. What is my next best step? Telephone hearing or another letter? Thank you.s: read this, listen to this, etc. Also, do you . Thank you.
I have known about Common Law now for a little over a year and have been seeking logical, well-organized resources that can DIRECT my learning to improve understanding and efficiency quickly. Many people have guided me to various books, such as Blacks Laws, which are laborious and I'd like to understand how you would do things now looking back for the highest success.
Secondly, I and others I know here in the U.S. who received money from Covid payouts for business duress during lockdowns are now being asked to return that money if we do not comply with the state's request to use our biometric data–a condition introduced 1.5 years+ after the initial monies were issued. I've gotten help and submitted letters requesting evidence for their claim and have not received it. They stopped billing me for the amount, but have not sent my requested document, which is a contract with my ink signature, which obviously doesn't exist. Now, they have scheduled a hearing and I don't know if I should proceed or ask for this to be dismissed, since they have not responded to my request. In fact, I have been thinking about submitting my default claim to court and put the State into collections, as advised by an acquaintance. However, I am in over my head as a newbie and would like some guidance. Thank you!
