i am Portuguese, my partner is Swiss and his son born in Spain. We live in Spain, near the boys mom. How to live in the private and stand for my rights in a country I am not born in? If it would mean, to go back to Portugal, my partner would have to go to Switzerland and his little son stay in Spain! This is not an option. What to do?
