i desire to acquire a property, in this case, land in the mountainous headwaters of a region sometimes referred to as ecuador, that remains ecologically intact and therefor is significant for the furtherance of life due to its pristine energetic, its ancient forests, waterways, and wildlife habitat; i state: my motivation herein is for the purpose of expressing a soul intelligence of i, in this case for planetary guardianship capacity; and that the intention of i, is to lovingly preserve its wild, natural, pristine condition for present and future nuturance of life, ideally in perpetuity, thus for the remainder of my biological lifespan and to continue after my passing; i say: the current owner/title holder requires a financial transaction and a legal property title transfer to complete the exchange and transfer the property’s guardianship responsibility to i; i ask: is there a benefit to creating a legal entity such as a trust or other structure for the purpose of holding the property title within the legal society land registry rather than having the title registered to their proxy estate in name of i; in order to facilitate the ongoing guardianship well into the future; it is the sensibility of i that the few remaining intact landscapes that produce pure air, vital water, and that support healthy biodiversity, are inappropriate for public development, and are better kept in private guardianship, given the harm to life that may occur if continued loss of planetary viltality remains unchallenged, i ask: is there an optimal structure in your opinion or precedent that is know to be effective and efficient for the purpose i state….
