I have an unpermitted rental ADU on my property and am considering going through the steps to have it legalized to avoid possible red-tagging. However, I’d rather not go through that process. As the owner of the land, how do I use L4M to remedy a scenario where they want to tell me what I can/cannot do on my own property?
