I have filed a claim at court citing the finance officer at the council. She had received 3 notices from me prior requiring proof i woman must pay council tax. The case was struck out because the judge said I should press vlfim against the council, not tje woman officer. I replied i woman was claiming against her, but no joy. How can LFM ensure the judge cannot pull this trick again (forcing me into their jurisdiction by preventing woman to woman dealings?)
