As they claim they have the right to access without a warrant. Where do I stand and how do I deal with this encroachment

My mom has 10 acres in Missouri and she said she’ll give it to me but she also may be now including my niece and nephew because my sister died. She has said they don’t have interest but she also got mad at me when I was helping her and said she took me off of the but will. After that she told me to go to the land with my son because he knows how to build but he did not wish to go. I also remember my mom saying that there is a problem and she’s not willing to share with me what the problem is. So when I called the Missouri records They did not tell me there was a problem but I did not ask about the problem they simply told me where it was and I was able to go and see it and I called my mom and told her when I was on the land and she became furious with me. I did not comprehend that because she told me to go and now she’s Furious again and not speaking to me. She has Alzheimer’s or is getting it it seems she has been angry much of her life I think because of all of the wrong she did to my dad and to our family by marrying my dad without loving him but just because other women wanted to marry him. I would like to hear how to be able to live on that land without having problems from law enforcement and they’re very damn picky in Missouri Oh in every state probably in America and probably in every country. I have heard that one needs to take the property back to the land patent to get it so that you have actual ownership. That makes me think also about the fact I am trying to buy a car and I have no clue how to buy a car as far as getting the MCO so that I have no problem with anyone because it is showing possession. I think I have someone who is possibly going to cosign as I have Social Security. That brings another question is if I am accepting Social Security because I paid into it am I accepting a benefit or am I just getting the money that I have paid into the system back? There are people that believe both and I can see both but I certainly don’t wish to have problems of accepting a benefit so that I am not able to live as a free being. I have been striving to transition since I have been free because the work I do is priceless but because I need to heal myself I do not look like I know what I’m talking about. So definitely a struggle here to survive. Because of a false report to Social Security my Social Security was cut in half.
