If a man who sometimes acts as trustee for an estate defaults [ thru silence- stonewalling ] and fails to distribute benefits to i upon requests , how should i formulate the notices/claims- would it be trespass by way of harm or theft or some other means? Harm being silent intimidation , loss of $ opportunities and need to pay liv expeses. Theft being major stress from FUD regarding financial future.
