If the police commit a crime against you -what is the best way forward?
Background – I had my sternum broken by a police officer in February and was then assaulted by 3 others who twisted my arm up behind my back . I was a peaceful protestor, I had broken no laws. IPCA are investigating but this looks like corporation police ( no hats) investigating police who were acting for the corporation

I have often wondered if our police and military go through a very debilitating amount of brainwashing and psychic wounding even before they are on the job. I have had friends who were changed completely after their training for security, police, and the military, and my own father was absolutely crushed by the military brainwashing, and he died from cancer of the esophagus due to his alcoholism. The liquor was the only thing that he felt could help him manage his PTSD. I am grateful for true Peace Officers. But kicking peaceful demonstrators in this way is wrong, no matter who you are.
