In our Notice and Claim writing can we use “their legal terms and legal statues” against them pointing out the harm they have done? I.E. When Noticing a government Agency of harm done via trespass can we use their own legal axiom :Respondent Superior”. (let the boss answer for the pawns in the Agency?

I remember in lesson 4 they talked about how a government agency has never caused harm to anyone, ever. I was shocked. But what I realized is that when we write a notice to someone, you write it to the man or woman who sometimes acts as governor, for example. Not the agency but the man or woman directly. Hope that helps
