In Western Australia I was refused entry to Court to assist somone because of silly ‘Covid rules’ which only allow parties, witnesses and licenced legal practitioners. The Courts are no longer open to the public. How can I challenge this?

  1. you do a limiting Power of Attorney so you can present for that man or woman, you have no obligation to use any of their forms or documents either whatever you want to use needs to be filed on and for the public record before the court date ,they will then be in breach if they refuse
