Is there a way to avoid wearing a face covering to a jury summons when the summons states that face coverings must be worn at all times in the courhouse?

To further clarify – the summons states that a each prospective juror will have their temperature taken before entering – which i do not consent to. Also, they have a COVID questionaire they are asking each prospective juror to fill out – which i do not consent to. My question is – how do i proceed here as a woman? The summons is for January 25th.
Also, is there a lawful way to just decline a jury summons as a woman?
Is being on a jury honorable or something to avoid ?
