Back to questions

My husband, like many, has been placed on unpaid leave because he will not comply with their workplace policy requiring the current “vax” and weekly testing/masks mandates. They added the policy after he had a signed contract. At this point, would the process be to send correspondence/notices to the general manager of the company, for wrong/trespass against his property, in this case, his body? Could possible compensation for this wrong be a buyout of his contract equaling the amount of money he would have made, had he been able to stay at his job until retirement (which was his intent)?
