My question is about PCN’s, congestion charge, speeding fines – in London, UK. How do we get round these in a simple and straight forward manner? There are many bits of information but nothing comprehensive, so one ends up sending a patchwork of information in response, which I feel are not really dealing the situation at hand. As many central London residential streets are now being turned into paid parking zones, it’s becoming a constant cat and mouse game when parking :) Many thanks.
