There’s a few of us here on the course from Jersey (7 by 5 miles island) in the British Isles, we would like to know how both vaccinated and unvaccinated travellers can apply the said notices to avoid the PCR/Antigen testing/quarantine rules when returning back to the island. Can we put certain people on Notice before leaving the island and how would you structure the notice? Thanks
